If you’re outside our delivery zone but want to try our treats, send us a message, and we’ll do our best to work something out!
Please be advised that all merchandise purchased from our store is marked as final and is not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases where items have manufacturing defects.
Should you receive a defective item, we kindly request that you ensure the product remains unused, free from any additional damage, and is returned in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or refund, and we will proceed it in 15 days.
In case of the wrong product or product with noticeable defects received, please contact us at contact@nottipetfood.com along with a snapshot of your order ID and product condition. Our Notti hoomans shall attempt to resolve as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

All of our pet food & treats are baked to perfection with no preservatives, without the need of refrigeration.
Nope! Our pet food is formulated to be balanced and complete in accordance to AAFCO standards. However, you may add additional supplements to meet your pet’s specific needs, or you can add our freeze-dried treats to occasionally spice it up.
Yes, follow the specific product’s feeding guideline for an appropriate portion size.
Day 1-2, serve 25% of NOTTI with 75% of your current food.
Day 3-4, Mix 50% of NOTTI with 50% of your current food.
Day 5-6, Mix 75% of NOTTI with 25% of your current food.
Day 7, Full & complete transition.
